Experteer Overview Lead Software Engineer to modernize the Assessment platform, guiding architecture, scalability, and security. You will mentor teams, drive engineering excellence, and shape long-term platform health. You’ll work closely with product and cross-functional partners to deliver a production-grade solution for B2B and B2C use cases. This role offers impact at scale, owning technical decisions and platform reliability.
