Lead Software Engineer

Experteer Overview As Lead Software Engineer, you will modernize the Assessment platform and set engineering standards to enable scalable, secure, and resilient software. You’ll lead architecture, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver production-ready, B2B/B2C solutions. You’ll drive CI/CD and DevSecOps practices, shaping a platform capable of handling growth and complex integrations. This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of technology strategy and delivery.
