Solution Engineer - US & UK Markets

As a Solution Engineer - US & UK Markets, you will play a key role in supporting our sales expansion across English-speaking markets. You’ll act as the technical bridge between Sales, Product, and Customer Success, ensuring a seamless and confident buying experience for increasingly complex deals.

This is a newly created position, reflecting strong growth and demand across the US and UK. You’ll join a team of six Solution Engineers and report directly to Director of Sales Services , working closely with the Sales department and the broader sales organization., * Partner closely with Sales teams to support prospects throughout the pre-sales process.

• Lead product demonstrations and technical deep-dives, tailoring each presentation to client needs.
• Respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and ensure technical accuracy in all documentation.
• Act as the main technical point of contact for complex opportunities (typically 30+ licenses).
• Supervise and optimize test accounts to deliver a seamless trial experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams to align on features, roadmap, and client feedback.
• Contribute to webinars, sales enablement sessions, and internal knowledge sharing.

Do you have experience in SaaS?, * 3-5 years of experience in a SaaS or ATS/HR Tech environment (knowledge of ATS is a plus).

• Solid technical understanding: API integrations, webhooks, AI features, and ability to interpret code logic.
• Reading technical documentation
• Familiarity with SaaS product workflows and ideally telecom concepts.
• Fluent English (bilingual level required); French conversational level is a plus.
