Job description

  • Develop system architecture and write application code using ASP.NET, C#, MVC, JavaScript, Ajax, Web APIs, and WCF.
  • Design and manage Oracle database components (PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, triggers, scripts).
  • Implement applications that handle Protected Health Information (PHI) under strict HIPAA protocols.
  • Oversee source control branching and deployments using TFS/GitLab.
  • Troubleshoot production incidents, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), network issues, and Crystal Reports.
  • Provide architectural mentorship and run knowledge-transfer sessions for state employees and team members., * Clearance: Mandatory ITS Security Agreements, HIPAA compliance, and OMH Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement (CNDA).
  • Training: Completion of NYS/OER mandatory courses (Internal Controls, Workplace Violence, Sexual Harassment, Information Security).

Requirements

  • Experience Level: Expert (84+ months of industry experience providing guidance to large teams).
  • Technical Architecture: 84+ months as a Lead Technical Architect handling system architecture, configuration, security, and performance tuning.
  • Oracle & PL/SQL: 84+ months using PL/SQL to create packages, triggers, procedures, functions, and cursors.
  • SOA & Web Services: 84+ months with Service-Oriented Architecture, WCF services, REST Web APIs, and Enterprise Service Bus integrations.
  • .NET/C# Development: 60+ months developing n-tier web applications using Visual Studio, ASP.NET, MVC, and C#.
  • Systems, Cloud & Infrastructure: 60+ months working with servers, IoT integration, Cloud technologies, WAF, and network troubleshooting.
  • AI/ML & Python: 36+ months using AI/ML and Python to build chatbots and web components.
  • HIPAA & PHI: 24+ months developing and maintaining applications storing HIPAA/PHI data and handling HL7 transformations.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): 24+ months with automation tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • Mandatory Certification: Must hold an active AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional credential.
