Requirements

Experience serving as a Lead Technical Architect on complex technical projects, performing systems architecture, engineering, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance, and security implementation.
Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to design and develop n-tier, browser-based web applications using ASP.NET, MVC, and C# for enterprise web deployment.
Experience working with servers, systems, and infrastructure, including integrating equipment and IoT devices with applications, implementing cloud technologies, and troubleshooting Web Application Firewall (WAF) and network-layer issues.
Experience applying Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) and Python to develop chatbots and other application components for web-based deployment.
Experience using PL/SQL to develop and maintain Oracle packages, triggers, stored procedures, functions, scripts, cursors, and other database components.
Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration, including developing secure .NET web services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), RESTful services/Web API, message processing, and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies.
Experience implementing automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
Experience developing and maintaining applications that process healthcare data subject to HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI) requirements, including HL7 data transformation and integration.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional.
