Job description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 10+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules and be proficient in scripting, integrations, and platform customization., * Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications.

Build workflows, automation, and integrations.
Develop and maintain Service Catalog items.
Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Ensure platform performance, security, and best practices.

Requirements

15+ years of overall IT experience.
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC modules.
Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
Experience with Service Catalog, Workflows, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications.
Knowledge of CMDB and Discovery.
Experience with ACLs, UI Builder, Service Portal, and Scoped Applications.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills., * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Experience with SecOps or IT Operations Management.
Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
