Experteer Overview In this role you will drive automated testing and verification across the software development lifecycle for mission-critical systems. You’ll collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams in an Agile environment to ensure software and hardware integration, system-level quality, and robust test documentation. You will work in lab environments and support continuous test integration to accelerate delivery. This is a hands-on position that shapes how we validate software for air, ground, and support segments, with a focus on scalable, automated testing and verification. Compensation / Benefits * Support the full Software Development Lifecycle across Agile teams * Develop, document, and execute automated tests for unit, integration, and regression * Verify software requirements and integration with hardware components in systems labs * Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Real-time & Embedded Software, and Test Automation for cross-disciplinary testing * Contribute to tool development to streamline processes and continuous test integration * Create and maintain thorough documentation for integration activities * Participate in lab-based testing and software/hardware integration environments * Support configuration items and requirements traceability in software products Tasks * Bachelor in Computer Science or Electrical/Computer Engineering or related STEM field * 2+ years of experience or Master’s degree * Active U.S. Government Secret clearance (or higher) * Ability to obtain and maintain SAP clearance * Experience with automated test frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, Google Test, TestComplete, AQT, Atlas, EggPlant, Unit Test Factory, RTC, ATF, Python) * Experience with at least one programming language (Python, C/C++, or C#) * Experience with OOAD and OOP * Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) * Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Git, Subversion, Confluence) * Experience with Windows and Unix/Linux Key requirements * flexible work arrangements * 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off * learning opportunities * friendly team environment * exposure to a variety of projects and customers
