Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will integrate and validate software for complex systems in a fast-paced, on-site environment. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across software, systems, and hardware to ensure robust integration and testing across development and lab environments. You drive documentation and problem resolution to enable scalable, repeatable deployments. The position supports critical missions requiring security clearances and compliance. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of software engineering and system integration, offering meaningful impact in defense technology. Compensation / Benefits * Perform unit and integration testing and test automation on host environments * Work in development and lab environments and ensure proper integration testing across components * Troubleshoot software components across multiple networks and document for future use * Collaborate with software developers, systems engineers, hardware engineers, and test engineers to diagnose and fix issues * Utilize full software development lifecycle processes * Develop clear, concise technical documentation * Submit detailed problem reports for errors found Tasks * Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 2 years of related experience OR Master’s degree in STEM with entry-level experience * Experience in integration and testing of software and hardware in Unix and Windows environments * Experience with formal software lifecycle methodologies from requirements through test * Ability to obtain Security+ certification * Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance (with BI or Continuous Evaluation) * Ability to obtain and maintain initial SAP/PAR clearance Key requirements * health insurance coverage * life and disability insurance * savings plan * Company paid holidays * paid time off (PTO) * bonus opportunities
