Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will support major space programs from the Space Sector, driving milestone readiness and technical documentation for key stakeholders. You will craft analyses, briefings, and mission-level models to inform decision-making and ensure successful performance in challenging missions. You will work with mission partners on design references and interface documentation, shaping how complex space systems are planned and executed. This position offers opportunities to lead cross-functional teams and contribute to high-impact, mission-critical programs in a collaborative, results-driven environment. Compensation / Benefits * Support program milestones and readiness reviews by developing and presenting technical content for stakeholders * Author and provide input to program data products and deliverables * Collaborate with mission partners to model mission-level elements * Assess vehicle day-in-the-life and create design reference missions (DRMs) * Produce analyses (propellant budgets, on-orbit fuel, RF link budgets, mission lifetime) * Develop analysis tools as needed * Manage requirements by decomposing from Mission to Subsystems * Manage interfaces and develop Interface Control Documentation Tasks * Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience, or Master’s with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years * Active Top-Secret/SCI clearance * Experience in systems engineering (architecture studies, baseline definition, requirements & interface management, hardware/software integration, mission planning and execution) * Experience leading a cross-discipline engineering team * Experience presenting briefing slides to senior leaders Key requirements * health insurance * life and disability insurance * savings plan * Company paid holidays * paid time off (PTO)
