Experteer Overview In this role you will lead system-level integration and test activities for the Ground Element in factory and site environments. You will support DT&E testing, develop test procedures, and present results at TRRs/TRBs, shaping how complex space-ground interfaces perform. You’ll collaborate with software, network, and systems teams to ensure verification of requirements and drive continuous test improvements. This is a chance to contribute to cutting-edge space systems and travel to operational locations as needed. Compensation / Benefits * Develop, update, and execute system-level integration and test procedures for Ground Element in factory and site environments * Plan and conduct dry-runs and run-for-record test executions, coordinating resources and data collection * Prepare and present material for Test Readiness Reviews and Test Review Boards including objectives, configurations, results, and discrepancies * Analyze test data to verify requirements, identify anomalies, perform root-cause analysis, and drive issue resolution with cross-functional teams * Provide inputs to RFCs and configuration/change artifacts based on test findings * Author and maintain Ground Element documentation (e.g., Network Interface Planning Documents, System Test Plans) * Support hardware, software, and network integration, including configuration, checkout, and troubleshooting of interfaces * Collaborate with software, network, and systems engineering teams to ensure testability and verification of requirements * Participate in site installation, integration, and verification activities with travel as needed * Adhere to test processes and CM/quality standards while pursuing continuous test improvements Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8+ years of experience, or Master’s with 6+ years, or PhD with 4+ years * Active SCI clearance at time of application * Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time * 3+ years experience in test procedure development, planning, or integration and test * Strong written and oral communication skills Key requirements * Medical, Dental & Vision coverage * 401k * Educational Assistance * Life Insurance * Employee Assistance Programs & Work/Life Solutions * Paid Time Off
