SAP Senior Solution Architect, Manufacturing

Experteer Overview As a Senior Solution Architect for Manufacturing, you lead business process transformation and SAP design on complex programs. You’ll bridge customers and project teams with deep SAP expertise to deliver value-driven, scalable solutions. You influence design decisions, drive process innovation, and contribute to business development through demos and proofs-of-concept. You’ll work across SAP modules and architectures to optimize operations and align with client objectives. Compensation / Benefits * Design functional and technical solutions for complex problems with speed to market * Leverage SAP S/4HANA capabilities and cross-functional processes to streamline operations * Understand production master data needs and data transformation processes for project delivery * Mentor project consultants and communicate with cross-team stakeholders in Manufacturing/Operations * Apply TOGAF and SAP extensions to describe architectural models covering business functions, processes, data, and infrastructure * Provide advisory assessments and recommendations for process and solution improvements * Gather requirements and develop functionalities in SAP ERP, S/4, S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Leonardo * Manage client expectations and support multiple parallel projects * Architect data models and data synchronization across central and distributed databases * Act as trusted advisor to project team and customers, with clear communication of options * Support project manager and engagement director in client management * Explain abstract concepts clearly and deliver difficult information appropriately * Follow up and document results * Review designs for Manufacturing, Production, Supply Chain, and Operations integrations * Monitor execution adherence, mitigate risks, and influence client decisions * Support presales activities, discovery sessions, and scope/roadmap definitions * Develop proofs of concepts and IoT-related technologies on SAP platforms * Work with OS, DB, middleware, cloud tech, and SAP integration to deliver end-to-end ERP/IoT solutions * Demonstrate knowledge of wireless protocols (IEEE 802.11, 802.15.4) in solution delivery Tasks * 10 years of SAP project implementation experience across multiple modules and industries * Experience in end-to-end SAP project implementations and manufacturing/operations focus * Minimum 6 years leading SAP implementation/support projects in Manufacturing/Operations * Experience configuring multiple SAP modules across Production and Supply Chain * Experience with SAP new platforms such as IoT * Willingness to travel up to 100% * Passport to work in US (not open to sponsorship) Key requirements * competitive salaries * comprehensive health and dental benefits * Flexible Paid Time Off * 10 paid holidays * 401k plan * remote work opportunities
