SAP FSM Solution Architect

Experteer Overview In this role you will shape and deliver SAP FSM-based digital solutions for clients, guiding architecture and hands-on configuration across web and mobile FSM platforms. You’ll lead architecture discussions, translate business needs into technical designs, and oversee delivery from discovery to go-live. The position is client-facing, requires strong consulting skills, and involves travel up to 100%. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to craft scalable FSM solutions and drive successful outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and design SAP FSM solutions (Field Service Management) * Configure FSM sub-modules (Resource planner, Technician Skills Management, Time & Material Journal approval, Smartform, Crowd Service, Customer Self-Service) * Translate business requirements into architecture and technical design documents * Provide guidance to senior developers and lead client-focused FSM strategy * Design, build, test and deploy complex FSM solutions * Develop and deliver client training on FSM platform * Serve as FSM subject matter expert and contribute to best practices * Improve offerings, processes, methodologies and support business development efforts Tasks * 7+ years of SAP implementation and/or support experience * At least 2 years of hands-on full lifecycle SAP FSM implementations including 1 year as an Architect * Experience with SAP FSM (CoreSystems) and its web/mobile configurations * Familiarity with SAP ERP products (S/4HANA, ECC) and client-facing consulting * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; agile development experience * Ability to manage multiple projects independently; excellent communication with stakeholders * Knowledge of FSM Analytics, Master Data, and related modules (OTC, EAM, PTP, STC is a plus) Key requirements * competitive salaries * comprehensive health and dental benefits * Flexible Paid Time Off * 10 paid holidays * 401k plan * remote work opportunities
