Engineer Systems or Principal Engineer Systems

Experteer Overview As a Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Colorado Springs, you will provide engineering expertise within radar, site activation, or compute IPTs to translate customer needs into robust system requirements. You’ll rigorously apply SE best practices, facilitate content capture from SMEs for CDRL development, and support integration, verification, and program reviews. You will work with cross-functional teams to manage requirements and performance metrics, contributing to mission-critical radar and compute initiatives. This role offers a pathway to influence system design and verification across the lifecycle, with opportunities to grow through diverse technical challenges.
