Experteer Overview In this role you apply infrastructure expertise to scale data and systems, driving end-to-end monitoring and proactive capacity management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams within Consumer and Community Banking to govern capacity risks and implement AI-assisted, validated solutions that align with resiliency and security requirements. Compensation / Benefits * Apply technical knowledge to projects of moderate scope with a focus on scalable data and systems and end-to-end monitoring * Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate monitoring, capacity analysis, and documentation with proper validation and security handling * Resolve nuances and determine escalation paths; execute conventional approaches to problem-solving * Support daily activities for the standard capacity process applications * Partner with application and infrastructure teams to identify capacity risks and govern remediation statuses * Consider upstream/downstream data and technical implications * Make significant decisions for multi-technology projects * Apply reuse-first, AI-assisted approaches to identify recurring capacity risks and improve remediation workflows, ensuring resiliency and security alignment Tasks * Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience * Strong knowledge of infrastructure disciplines (hardware, networking, databases, storage, deployment, automation, scaling, resilience, performance) * Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure and Python or other scripting tools * Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps deployment practices * Experience with reporting/dashboarding (e.g., Tableau) and CMDB/reporting tools (ServiceNow) * Experience with observability platforms (Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace) * Use of Agile practices and Jira for planning and delivery * Understanding IT asset lifecycle and risk-control governance Key requirements * comprehensive health care coverage * retirement savings plan * back-up childcare * tuition reimbursement * mental health support * financial coaching
