4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical team members.
6. A proactive and goal-oriented approach, with the ability to lead and drive projects to successful completion.
