job summary: Looking to advance your bio-pharma career with a industry leader? A top-tier global pharmaceutical organization in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a detail-oriented LIMS Data Analyst 2 for a 6-month contract. In this critical role, you will drive data integrity and build local support structures by managing quality control master data across core manufacturing and lab systems.

responsibilities:
- Perform local master data setup and loading in gLIMS in alignment with global guidelines and data principles.
- Build and input essential master data including consumables, sampling plans, specifications, parameter lists, test methods, and LES templates.
- Conduct local data cleansing to optimize data quality, accuracy, and overall compliance.
- Develop clear, actionable local work instructions to translate global processes to the site level.
- Utilize gLIMS, Syncade (DeltaV MES), and SAP systems to support seamless QC lab operations.
qualifications: Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline or equivalent experience.
- 1-4 years of experience in data management and master data setup within a QC lab or bio-pharma environment.
- Hands-on proficiency using LIMS or similar data management systems.
- Strong knowledge of QC lab operations and associated data requirements.
- Proven ability to write clear, concise technical work instructions.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of Quality Systems (TrackWise) including deviations, change controls, and CAPAs.
- Familiarity with MES (Syncade) and SAP integration.
