Requirements

The BI Analyst is responsible for supporting and organizing a variety of complex activities related to the data analysis and reporting needs of the organization. This position will develop, maintain and analyze comparative reports for accuracy in order to drive knowledge, change, and/or process improvement. Maintains cost accounting system and comparative data reporting. Incorporates data from various sources (internal and external) for reports, surveys, and benchmark data. Associate’s degree in related field required. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered. Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database management, required. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Excellent organizational and customer service skills required. Provides planning support for existing services, expansions or proposed services by conducting research, feasibility studies, and preparing business plans. Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines. Ability to learn and or explore mathematical or statistical concepts applicable to project goals. Minimum of one year analytical experience. Minimum of one year computer database experience with emphasis on spreadsheets and automation. Healthcare experience preferred.
