ERP Project Manager

Robert Half is recruiting an Epicor Kinetic Financial Systems Consultant for a facilities services company. This consultant will help stabilize accounting operations by assessing and optimizing the organization’s Epicor Kinetic financial modules, improving reporting capabilities, streamlining processes, and enhancing internal controls. this role could be done remote.

Responsibilities

Evaluate current utilization of Epicor Kinetic financial modules, including GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.

Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, automation, and system controls.

Partner with accounting and finance leadership to address process inefficiencies and system challenges.

Configure and optimize existing Epicor Kinetic functionality.

Develop and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs.

Improve month end close, reconciliation, and reporting processes.

Train users and provide documentation and best practice recommendations.

Support troubleshooting, testing, and implementation of system improvements.

Roadmap for maximizing existing Epicor Kinetic capabilities

5+ years of Epicor ERP experience, including Epicor Kinetic. ( must have)

Strong accounting and financial reporting background.

Experience optimizing ERP financial modules and business processes.

Ability to work closely with accounting, finance, and operational stakeholders.

Prior consulting experience preferred.

CPA or ERP certification is a plus.

Requirements * 5+ years of experience working with Epicor ERP platforms, including Epicor Kinetic.

• Strong background in accounting operations and financial reporting practices.

• Demonstrated success improving ERP-driven finance processes, controls, and reporting capabilities.

• Ability to partner effectively with accounting, finance, and operational stakeholders across the organization.

• Experience in consulting or advisory-based project work is preferred.

• Knowledge of business process optimization, financial analysis, and functional ERP support.
