Solution Architect

Experteer Overview In this Solutions Architect role, you guide the technical direction for cloud-native microservices, streaming integrations, and modular front-ends across a large digital portfolio. You will partner with engineering leadership, product, and DevOps to define scalable, secure, and maintainable architectural patterns. The position focuses on solving for performance at scale while enabling rapid delivery and platform modernization. You will influence cloud-native strategy and modern architecture in a forward-looking media tech environment. Compensation / Benefits * Own high-level architecture and design for cloud-native applications across a large digital product portfolio * Lead design sessions with engineering, product, and leadership to define scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions * Define API-first service designs enabling clear separation between front-end, back-end, and third-party integrations * Guide teams in modernizing legacy systems into scalable event-driven microservices * Provide leadership on modular micro-frontend patterns using scalable UI technologies * Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD and observability strategy * Ensure security best practices are embedded into architectural design * Mentor senior engineers and drive technical excellence across the organization * Stay current with emerging cloud, streaming, and architectural trends Tasks * 5+ years of progressive software engineering experience with 2+ years in architecture roles * BS or MS in Computer Science or related field * Experience in media, streaming, or subscription SaaS platforms * Proficiency in cloud-native application design, microservices, REST API design, and event-driven architectures * Identity management, secure authorization, CI/CD and observability * DevOps collaboration * Strong leadership and communication across engineering, product, and business stakeholders Key requirements * Medical Insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield - two plan options) * Dental Benefits * Vision Benefits * PTO + 9 Paid Holidays * 401(k) with 100% match up to 4% - 100% vested from day one * Relocation Assistance Available
