Experteer Overview As Lead Specialist, Oracle Technical, you will support post-production Oracle environments for diverse clients, driving enhancements, break/fix, releases, and process improvements. You’ll lead onshore/offshore teams, deliver KPI/SLA-driven performance insights, and supervise cloud-enterprise applications throughout design to delivery. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you ensure smooth migrations, testing, and integrations while upholding KPMG’s values. This role offers a chance to shape client outcomes in a collaborative, growth-oriented advisory culture. Compensation / Benefits * Support post-production Oracle environments including enhancements, break/fix, releases, and process improvements * Manage onshore/offshore level 2/3 support teams and oversee incident diagnosis and escalation * Deliver and communicate operational performance analytics and KPI/SLA metrics to stakeholders * Oversee day-to-day operations of cloud-based enterprise applications, including design, lifecycle support, and client delivery * Elicit client requirements, build functional specs, lead design/build/test/delivery of cloud solutions, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence * Coordinate with cross-functional and offshore teams, capture requirements, configure, test, support UAT, perform migrations, and support interface/integration testing using ServiceNow Tasks * Minimum five years of Oracle post-production support experience * Bachelor’s degree * Knowledge of Oracle HCM or Financials with strong functional/technical understanding of cloud configurations * Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal/written communication * Ability to work with mixed teams (onshore/offshore), manage issues and multi-step resolutions * Understanding of ITIL/ITSM, service desk management, and experience with OIC, OTBI, BIP Reports, SQL, FBDI, AFDI, and Fast Formulas * Willingness to travel * Managerial experience is highly preferred Key requirements * comprehensive benefits package * medical and dental plans * vision coverage * 401(k) plans * disability and life insurance * well-being benefits
