Job description
Experteer Overview In this role you will perform RAM modeling and life-cycle analysis to support developing equipment and fielded systems. You will sustain products by tracking parts usage and implementing FRACAS, while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure reliability and maintainability. You will contribute to safety analyses and maintenance planning as part of the Operations and Maintenance Services group. This position offers diverse, demanding work across programs with a focus on integrity and impactful logistics and support. Compensation / Benefits * Perform RAM modeling to support Life Cycle Analysis for new and fielded systems * Lead sustainment activities including parts consumption tracking and maintenance trends * Implement FRACAS processes and support FRACAS operations per MIL-STD-2155 * Apply Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis to repair and overhaul processes * Interface with System Safety programs for FMECA and safety analyses * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop systems manuals, spare parts lists, and logistics outputs * Support multiple programs within a matrix management environment * Produce and contribute to DoD-required analyses (FMECA, FTA) * Support development of technical manuals and training materials * Prepare and present reliability and maintainability findings to stakeholders Tasks * Minimum 5 years of engineering experience * U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain a DOD Secret Clearance * Experience with FMEA/FMECA per MIL-STD-1629A * Experience with life cycle management analysis for sustainment * Exposure to reliability modeling per MIL-HDBK-217, MIL-STD-690, MIL-STD-765, ANSI-GEIA-STD-009 (or equivalent) * Experience with FRACAS per MIL-STD-2155 * Valid U.S. Passport * Ability to travel up to 10% * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or STEM Key requirements *
