IT Project Manager - INTL India

We are looking for a Junior IT Project Manager to support one of our clients in the manufacturing space. This Project Manager will be supporting the Transit division within the organization. The Transit team is one of the largest businesses within our client’s organization and delivers an integrated series of components for all types of rail and metro cars, as well as buses. Their corporate applications team is focused on a program related to server adolescence. They have a bunch of Window’s servers that need to be upgraded. This Project Manager will be responsible to keep the server upgrade/modernization on track. They will also be assisting with application compliance. Within the organization, there are stakeholders responsible for the cybersecurity compliance of their applications and the PM will need to build relationships with these stakeholders and ensure that they are doing self-evaluations and audits to ensure proper cybersecurity compliance. The PM will not be going any of the audits or evaluations themselves but ensuring that the teams who need to are on top of it.

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager

Strong communication skills and able to speak clear English

Experience supporting IT related projects

Familiar with an IT ticketing tool (client uses Service Now, but not required to be that one)

Basic Excel and Microsoft Office experience to track projects
