Security Analyst

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and coordinate the response to security incidents across global IT systems. You’ll work closely with the Security Operations team to assess urgency, investigate incidents, and drive containment, eradication, and recovery. Your actions will be documented for post-incident learning and you’ll communicate progress to stakeholders throughout the process. This position supports Acrisure’s mission to protect client solutions while advancing security maturity in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will engage with cross-functional teams to stay ahead of industry trends and evolving threats. Compensation / Benefits * Triage service requests from internal stakeholders and agency partners for incident resolution * Respond to security alerts and incidents in global IT systems * Investigate security incidents to determine scope, impact, and root causes * Collaborate with Security Operations to assess alert urgency * Contain, eradicate, and recover from security incidents * Document actions taken during incident response for analysis and improvement * Coordinate with stakeholders during incident response and keep them informed * Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform defense Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience * Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies (hardware, software, networking, cloud) * Experience with ITMS workflows and delivering high customer satisfaction * Demonstrated expertise in integrating platforms and technologies to create solutions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to interpret security standards and frameworks (NIST, 800-53, CIS, SOX, ISO-27001) * Experience with security technologies: SentinelOne, Abnormal Security, Microsoft Suite, Rapid7 IVM, ServiceNow, Google SecOps, etc. * Experience with Microsoft Security Suite (Defender, Purview) * Solid understanding of Windows, macOS, Linux * Experience with IT infrastructure, networking, and software solutions Key requirements * medical, dental, vision insurance * life and disability insurance * fertility benefits * paid time off and holidays * 401(k) immediate vesting * HSA and FSA options
