Technical Product/Program Manager

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives in the BFS domain, steering scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication. You will shape product roadmaps, capture business needs, and convert them into user stories and technical specs. You’ll drive Agile ceremonies and coordinate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to align architecture, API/microservices discussions, and cloud solutions. You will ensure governance, release management, and business readiness documentation support audit and governance needs. This is a hands-on role for someone who can balance strategic planning with detailed technical execution to move complex fintechs’- Compensation / Benefits * Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives in BFS domain; manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication * Drive product roadmap discussions and translate requirements into user stories and technical specs * Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning with cross-functional teams * Collaborate with architecture, engineering, QA, and DevOps on API/microservices discussions and cloud-related solutions * Oversee governance, RAID logs, cross-team alignment, vendor coordination, and release management * Produce product documentation, workflow diagrams, and release notes for business readiness and audit compliance Tasks * Strong understanding of Java/J2EE, APIs, microservices, system architecture, and cloud concepts * Proven experience as TPM/TPPM/PM in BFS domain * Experience in BFS areas such as payments, lending, cards, digital banking, or core banking * Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills * Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum with distributed teams * Ability to manage strategic product planning and detailed technical execution Key requirements *
