Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will design firmware features and system-level solutions for enterprise SSD products, leveraging NAND expertise to boost performance, endurance, and power. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, validate, and refine components and drives, and you will assess specifications to deliver cost-competitive NAND memory solutions. This is a hands-on position that combines design, validation, and reporting to support scalable storage technology. You will contribute to meaningful innovations in flash memory and SSD performance at Sandisk. Compensation / Benefits * System design & firmware feature development for enterprise SSDs * System/component level testing and validation on drive-level test platforms; cross-functional collaboration * Support component and drive-level failure analysis * Review product specs and generate cost/performance reports with justified conclusions Tasks * Bachelor in Electrical or Computer engineering * 5+ years (BS) or 2+ years (MS/PhD) of related experience in 3D NAND device/design, SSD testing, NAND/SSD Failure Analysis * Proficiency in Python or C++ and Bash scripting Key requirements * paid vacation * paid sick leave * medical/dental/vision insurance * life, accident and disability insurance * tuition reimbursement * 401(k) plan
