• Deliver compelling new features for Gemini’s applications efficiently, prioritizing both performance and seamless user experiences.
• Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams (design, product, modeling specialists) to translate user needs into intuitive, valuable app features within the Gemini ecosystem.
• Design and implement app functionality that is easy to scale. Enforce development best practices and optimization in the day to day work.
• Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines. Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products., * Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
• 3 years of experience working in a structured organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
• Excellent leader and communicator, with demonstrated talent at building strong collaborative partnerships with great communication skills.
