Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead Android delivery within Capital One’s mobile platform initiatives, driving a major transformation and delivering high-quality customer experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn product strategy into scalable Android solutions and mentor junior engineers. You’ll stay at the forefront of mobile development, advocating for the platform and sharing best practices. This is a hands-on, impact-driven leadership role in a collaborative, agile environment.
