Sr. Manager, Software Engineering, iOS (Enterprise Platform Technology)

Experteer Overview In this role you lead a senior iOS engineering team within Capital One’s Enterprise Platform Technology space, driving mobile platform delivery and cross-team collaboration. You will shape iOS solutions that align with product strategy and engineering best practices, mentor engineers, and partner with UX/UI, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality experiences. You’ll actively contribute to agile ceremonies, advocate for the mobile platform, and stay at the forefront of Swift and mobile development. This position offers a chance to influence major platform initiatives and transformation across the company.
