Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will apply data science to large biological datasets to identify targets, MOA mechanisms, and biomarker strategies in early oncology R&D. You will work closely with wet-lab scientists to translate data insights into experimental plans and strategic decisions. The position offers opportunities to shape biomarker strategies and contribute to immunology aging/function research. You will operate in a collaborative, fast-paced environment at the cutting edge of cancer research. This role provides a meaningful chance to impact patient outcomes while developing your expertise in multi-omics and advanced analytics. Compensation / Benefits * Process and analyze large-scale biobank, population, and in-vitro data using established pipelines * Apply analytical methods and machine learning to identify targets and biomarkers * Collaborate with wet-lab scientists to support target identification and MOA studies * Create high-quality visualizations and reports for project teams * Provide computational insights to inform biomarker strategy development * Participate in team meetings and present data-driven insights to advance milestones * Stay current with the latest data science and bioinformatics tools Tasks * Experience with large-scale biological or population datasets (minimum 2 years) * Proficiency in Python or R * Solid foundation in statistical analysis and core machine learning techniques * Hands-on experience with NGS data analysis (RNA-seq, methylation, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq) * Experience or strong interest in proteomics and multi-omics data integration * Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks * Clear communication of data and workflows to a multidisciplinary team Key requirements * competitive base salary * bonus and long-term incentives * equity-based awards * paid time off * comprehensive benefits * retirement programs
