Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you drive master data governance and compliance within a regional finance context, partnering with MDM leadership and operations to deliver on data priorities. You will help implement tools and controls that ensure data integrity and alignment with internal requirements, including trade compliance. You contribute to audits, risk assessment, and continuous improvement of data processes while coordinating cross-functional MDM and GBS initiatives. This is an opportunity to shape data governance practices in a global, multi-system environment at Saint-Gobain. Compensation / Benefits * Lead MDM internal controls and risk mitigation across vendor and customer domains; coordinate with GBS internal controls. * Contribute to controls assessment for annual Compliance Statement and Security/Access Review. * Analyze risks per ICRF and implement mitigation controls; monitor related controls and remediate as needed. * Execute monthly/quarterly/annual audit steps to ensure regional MDM compliance; suggest improvements in reporting, automation, and documentation. * Ensure documentation and audit readiness for current processes; validate accuracy and purpose. * Lead mass screening of vendors/customers via the trade compliance tool with business users and trade compliance teams. Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; 7+ years in Finance, Supply Chain, Internal Audit or related roles; 4+ years in master data management.
