Job description

Experteer Overview In this role, you lead the architecture for simulation, digital twins, synthetic data, and AI development to enable learning, scaling, and continuous improvement of autonomous machines. You’ll define strategy and the technical roadmap for platforms and AI infrastructure, partnering with engineering, data science, perception, and robotics teams. The role focuses on building an integrated ecosystem that accelerates Physical AI adoption and delivers measurable value across simulation, digital twins, and AI Factory capabilities. You will work onsite in Irving, TX with visa sponsorship available. Compensation / Benefits * Define strategy and roadmap for digital twin, simulation, synthetic data, and AI development platforms * Architect digital twin platforms, simulation environments, synthetic data pipelines, and AI Factory infrastructure (GPU, storage, networking, orchestration, MLOps, model lifecycle) * Ensure connected ecosystem across real-world data, virtual environments, and AI development workflows * Collaborate with engineering, data science, perception, and robotics teams to accelerate innovation and improve operational performance * Drive the value of NVIDIA ecosystem and AI infrastructure in scaleable enterprise capabilities * Translate emerging AI technologies into scalable enterprise capabilities and strategic advantages * Lead architecture initiatives for enterprise-scale AI Factory environments (cloud and hybrid) * Guide end-to-end AI development lifecycle from data generation to model validation and deployment Tasks * Digital Twin & Virtual Environment Leadership: experience scaling digital twin ecosystems and connecting data, simulation, and AI workflows * Simulation, Synthetic Data & Physical AI Development: expertise in simulation architectures, synthetic data generation, scenario modeling, virtual validation * AI Factory Infrastructure & Platform Architecture: track record architecting GPU compute, storage, networking, orchestration, training, and platform operations * NVIDIA Physical AI Ecosystem: hands-on with NVIDIA Omniverse, Cosmos, Isaac, DGX, CUDA, NeMo, TensorRT, NIMs, and AI Factory tech * Strategic Architecture Leadership & AI Transformation: ability to define long-term strategy, lead architecture teams, and translate AI tech into scalable business capabilities * Progressive career in software engineering and architecture with data focus (12+ years) and team/budget leadership (5+ years) * Experience delivering enterprise-scale systems in public cloud and hybrid environments Key requirements * Medical, dental and vision benefits * Paid time off
