Lead Financial Intelligence & Systems Analyst

The Lead Financial Intelligence & Systems Analyst serves as Catholic Charities Hawai’i’s senior subject matter expert for financial planning, forecasting, finance and accounting systems, and financial data governance. This position combines traditional financial planning and analysis responsibilities with advanced analytical and business intelligence capabilities, transforming financial and operational data into actionable insights. By identifying trends and predictive indicators, developing analytical tools and decision-support frameworks, and integrating cross-domain information sources, this position strengthens understanding of key drivers of financial performance, promotes effective stewardship of resources, and enhances the agency’s ability to achieve its mission. The Lead Financial Intelligence & Systems Analyst must demonstrate an active commitment to CCH Mission and incorporate the four Core Values in all aspects of daily work.

EDUCATIONAL & WORK REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, statistics, business/data analytics, or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university and a minimum four (4) years of experience in reporting, budgeting, financial planning, and/or systems administration or a closely related field is required. Experience developing financial models, budgets, forecasts, dashboards, and reports is required. Experience working with large and complex datasets is required. Preferred experience working within a nonprofit organization.
