Analyst, Bridges Interface - III Epic

Experteer Overview In this role, you will serve as the lead architect for the Epic interoperability landscape, guiding complex interface projects and setting technical standards. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, vendors, and the Epic TC to align integration strategy with clinical and financial goals while ensuring KPI uptime for critical data exchanges. You will mentor analysts, drive enterprise-wide interface initiatives, and resolve high-severity issues. This position offers impact across hospital acquisitions and major module rollouts within a mission-driven healthcare environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead design and architecture of complex interfaces (bidirectional, FHIR APIs, cloud services) * Manage interface project lifecycle for enterprise initiatives and module rollouts * Serve as escalation point for Cloverleaf/Bridges errors; perform root-cause analysis * Develop and maintain Master Interface Spreadsheet; establish error handling and alerting best practices * Coordinate between clinical leadership, vendors, and Epic Technical Coordinator * Conduct peer code reviews for Level I/II Analysts to ensure security and quality Tasks * 6+ years of Epic Bridges build and support experience * Proven track record leading at least two full-cycle implementations * Expert HL7 (v2/v3), FHIR, EDI (X12), and XML proficiency Key requirements *
