Brussels, Belgium Contract## Requirements* Requirements:* At least 20 years of total experience within the IT sector.* 12+ years of specific expertise in the architecture and design of information systems.* 12+ years of experience in Java (J2SE and J2EE) with extensive knowledge of design patterns.* 10+ years of experience with relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.* 8+ years of experience in developing secure web applications and secure development practices.* 5+ years of expertise with visual modelling and design tools such as ArchiMate and Sparx Enterprise Architect.* 5+ years of experience with UML (version 2.0 or above).* 5+ years of experience in Object Oriented design patterns, including Aspect-Oriented Programming (AOP).* 5+ years of experience in the design and development of web services (REST and SOAP).* 4+ years of expertise in data analysis and data modelling.* Extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, and Zachman, with at least 1 year of practical modelling experience.* Experience defining and implementing strategies under a CIO or equivalent leadership level.* Knowledge of enterprise architecture notations (ArchiMate, BPMN) and tools such as ARIS.* Proven leadership, conciliation, and group session facilitation skills.* (Desirable) At least 1 year of specific expertise in AI.* (Desirable) At least 1 year of specific expertise in BPMN.* Language(s): English (fluent)## Job Description* Job description:* Develop and build models based on enterprise architecture frameworks including TOGAF, COBIT, and Zachman.* Define and implement organisational strategies under the direction of the CIO.* Address and solve complex business, information, and technology-related problems by combining diverse technical skills and experiences.* Promote architectural approaches and results to stakeholders through presentations and seminars.* Conduct detailed analysis and design of information systems using graphical representations and abstractions.* Utilise visual modelling tools and UML to document and architect complex software environments.* Lead architectural initiatives ensuring alignment with enterprise best practices and goals.* Produce high-quality written documentation, including technical reports and articles.# Enterprise Architect
