Job description

We are currently looking for an ICT VIP Support Engineer to deliver high-quality, white-glove IT support to top-level stakeholders, based in the center of Brussels., * Provide VIP support (hardware & software) including troubleshooting (SPAM, phishing, connectivity, etc.)

Manage incidents end-to-end and ensure resolution within strict SLAs
Handle on-site interventions, scheduling, and priority management
Support and manage Mac & Windows environments (±100 Macs / ±200 PCs)
Configure and support mobile devices (smartphones & tablets)
Participate in ICT rollouts, migrations, and deployments
Maintain and update technical documentation
Follow up on equipment orders and ensure smooth delivery
Support VIP events and specific IT-related activities
Contribute to cybersecurity awareness initiatives

Technical environment Windows 10/11, macOS, Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, Jamf, VPN (Checkpoint/AnyConnect), networking basics, VMware, Exchange, SharePoint, mobile OS (iOS, Android), and more.

Requirements

Strong experience in VIP/Executive IT support
Professional, service-oriented, and able to represent the IT team at executive level
Excellent communication and discretion (confidentiality is key)
Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively
Languages: French, Dutch, and good level of English required
