ICT Infrastructure Teamleader

Experteer Overview As ICT Infrastructure Teamleader, you will lead the IT Infrastructure team to ensure a stable, secure and reliable IT environment that supports daily operations. You coordinate incidents, changes, projects and maintenance, aligning local needs with global IT standards and compliance. Working within an ITIL-based framework, you drive service quality, risk management and stakeholder communication. This role offers hands-on leadership in a multinational setting with opportunities to influence continuity and long-term maintainability. You will collaborate with internal customers, vendors and Corporate IT to deliver value. Pay / Benefits * Lead and coordinate day-to-day IT Infrastructure team activities * Organize and oversee incidents, changes, projects and maintenance * Ensure stability and reliability of IT environment with minimal business disruption * Escalate complex issues to IT management, Corporate IT, vendors or project teams * Assist IT Manager with budget management and capacity planning * Monitor service levels, performance and drive improvements * Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements * Maintain strong relationships with internal customers, vendors, and Corporate IT Tasks * Bachelor in Information Technology (or equivalent) * Several years in IT Infrastructure/Operations * Experience leading teams or coordinating staff * Solid knowledge of IT Infrastructure, IT Operations and IT Service Management * ITIL knowledge or certification considered a strong advantage * Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills * Proficiency in Dutch and English * Analytical, proactive and customer-focused mindset * Focus on continuity, risk management and long-term maintainability Key requirements *
