Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will design, implement and manage enterprise network infrastructure to meet security, resilience and operational requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product roadmaps and support live services, driving automation and self-service capabilities. You will lead standards for Cisco and Arista platforms, while applying infrastructure as code and design thinking to improve user experiences. You will operate in a high-impact, collaborative environment across the bank, delivering scalable, observable networks that enable business outcomes. This is a hands-on, leadership-oriented opportunity to influence how network services power critical financial- Pay / Benefits * Design and engineer self-service infrastructure products * Lead and drive standards for Cisco and Arista networks * Develop and maintain technologies to meet customer and architecture goals * Collaborate with Product Owners to develop roadmaps and manage product lifecycle * Support engineered products in response to customer feedback and incidents * Contribute to infrastructure as code solutions * Apply design thinking with users to improve the product * Provide operational support for pattern or product issues * Coordinate with vendors to deliver infrastructure services and technology for the product * Foster continuous learning and development of technical skills Tasks * Hands-on experience managing large enterprise networks (10,000+ devices) * Proven design, implementation and management of Cisco and Arista environments * Experience with Arista Fabric and VxLAN on-prem deployment * Knowledge of layer 2 and 3 protocols (STP, OSPF, BGP, EVPN) * Experience with Cisco Meraki solutions (Dashboard, MX, VPNs, MS switching, MR wireless) * Experience in financial services/trader voice infrastructure * Ability to work in high-pressure, incident-driven scenarios * Agile mindset with ability to work independently within a team * Strong collaboration and communication skills * Experience with WAN traffic engineering Key requirements * Remote first
