Experteer Overview In this role you will enable the Knowledge & Expertise function to deliver a globally consistent, high-quality service. Based in Glasgow or London, you will coordinate workflow, provide essential admin support, and act as the central contact for queries in EMEA. You’ll triage requests, connect staff with specialist resources, and support cross-region projects. The role blends organisation, communication and timely delivery to help the firm scale its knowledge services. Pay / Benefits * Coordinate and manage a diverse range of on-demand tasks from K&E leadership to enable project progression * Provide efficient administrative support and act as primary contact for internal/external queries in EMEA * Triage service requests and connect clients with specialist resources within K&E * Support collaboration across a globally dispersed team and multiple managers * Maintain basic data management and contribute to coordination within the function * Assist with coordinating workflows to ensure timely delivery of K&E initiatives Tasks * Excellent coordination and organisational skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously * Advanced MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills * Strong time management and prioritisation abilities * Client-focused with ability to grow professional relationships internally * Effective written and verbal communication with stakeholders * Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and support multiple managers * Previous experience in workflow or administrative roles in a law firm, professional services, or corporate environment (highly desirable) Key requirements * Flexible work options (part-time, remote, additional leave) * Health and wellbeing benefits * Gym membership * Discounted corporate health plans * Career advancement opportunities (client secondments, global opportunities) * Award-winning Learning & Development programs
