Experteer Overview In this Service Management Coordinator role within the global Knowledge & Expertise function, you will enable consistent, high-quality service delivery across the firm. You’ll manage workflows, coordinate internal and external requests, and connect clients with the right specialists. Working with global teams, you’ll support project progression and keep operations running smoothly. This hybrid, full-time role offers exposure to a wide internal network and a chance to streamline knowledge services at scale. Pay / Benefits * Coordinate and manage a diverse range of on-demand tasks from leadership * Provide administrative support to enable project progression * Triage service requests and route to specialist resources within K&E * Act as the primary contact for EMEA, engaging with internal and external clients * Facilitate coordination within the function and with cross-region teams * Maintain effective communication with team members and external stakeholders Tasks * Excellent coordination and organisational skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously * Advanced skills in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint * Strong time management and prioritisation abilities * Client-focused with ability to build professional relationships * Clear, professional communication with stakeholders * Ability to collaborate across a globally dispersed team and support multiple managers * Previous workflow/administrative experience in a law firm, professional services, or corporate environment (highly desirable) Key requirements * Flexible work options * Health and wellbeing benefits * Gym membership * Discounted corporate health plans * Career advancement opportunities * Learning & Development programs
