Senior Software Engineer (UK Remote)

Experteer Overview As a Senior Backend Engineer at Turnitin, you will design and optimize scalable backend services built with Java and serverless technologies to power our global education platform. You’ll contribute to shared backend systems, RESTful and event-driven APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions. You’ll mentor junior engineers, improve CI/CD processes, and maintain strong code quality and documentation.
