Sr. Systems Engineer - Remote Germany

Experteer Overview In this role you will provide technology and product consulting, and act as a technical pre-sales expert for opportunities in your territory. You will deliver high-impact presentations to customers and partners, support RFI/RFPs, and drive PoC activities to validate solutions. You will join cross-functional teams to design and shape customer solutions and may lead resources as needed. This position offers exposure to cloud-managed networking and a chance to influence digital transformation for global customers. Pay / Benefits * Provide technology and product consulting and technical pre-sales support * Deliver high-level technical presentations to customers, prospects, and channel partners * Support RFI/RFP responses and lead Proof of Concept activities * Design customer solutions meeting requirements and lead PoC criteria * Work on assigned virtual teams and contribute to team activities * Travel domestically and internationally as required Tasks * Excellent presentation skills in German and English * Strong pre-sales engineering track record in similar roles * Solid knowledge of foundational networking technologies (Layer 2/3, IPv4/IPv6, VPNs, Wi-Fi, security) * Experience with PoC labs and customer project teams * Ability to lead design and solution discussions and to advocate for the customer * Team-player capable of acting as trusted advisor and potentially leading account teams * Experience with partner relationships and major account management * Extreme Networks certifications are desirable but not mandatory * Industry certifications are a plus * Hands-on lab experience and ability to support evaluations and demonstrations Key requirements * Training resources * Access to latest technology and equipment * Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) * Flex First flexible work model * Recreation time and time-off flexibility * Employee Assistance programs and support services
