Job description

  • Betreuung der Anwender bei IT-Anfragen und Problemen im täglichen Betrieb (1st/2nd Level Support)
  • Verantwortung für Client Delivery (Beschaffung, Installation und Auslieferung von Hard- und Softwrekomponenten)
  • Management von Berechtigungen (Active Directory, Flieserver, Printerserver etc.)
  • Beschaffung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Druckern
  • Erstellung von Installations-, Anwender und Betriebsdokumentationen
  • Mitarbeit in IT-Infrastruktur Projekten

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Umfeld oder verleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Support/Helpdesk und Microsoft Clients (Windows und Office)
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe sowie eine strukturierte, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
