IT-Supporter (m/w/d) Betreuung der Anwender bei IT-Anfragen und Problemen im täglichen Betrieb (1st/2nd Level Support) Verantwortung für Client Delivery (Beschaffung, Installation und Auslieferung von Hard- und Softwrekomponenten) Management von Berechtigungen (Active Directory, Flieserver, Printerserver etc.) Beschaffung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Druckern Erstellung von Installations-, Anwender und Betriebsdokumentationen Mitarbeit in IT-Infrastruktur Projekten Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Umfeld oder verleichbare Qualifikation Erfahrung im Bereich Support/Helpdesk und Microsoft Clients (Windows und Office) Rasche Auffassungsgabe sowie eine strukturierte, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit 30 Tage Urlaub, Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld unbefristeter Anstellungsvertrag flexible Arbeitszeiten und die Möglichkeit zur mobilen Arbeit Betriebliche Altersvorsorge, Betriebsarzt, Gesundheitsvorsorge, Betriebskantine, Firmenevents
