System Engineer Third Level Support

• As a System Engineer (f/m/d) in Third Level Support for our Syngo product, you analyze and resolve issues reported by our globally distributed customers.
• You play a key role in de-escalating critical customer situations.
• Based on your experience with our installed base, you evaluate and resolve customer complaints as part of our R&D organization.
• You independently advise our product development teams.
• You create guidelines for efficient software debugging and actively share this knowledge within the organization.
• As a trusted expert, you collaborate closely with Product Management to drive the continuous improvement of our products.

This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week., * You hold a master’s degree in a technical field.

• You bring several years of experience in software development projects; ideally, you have already worked as a Developer, Architect, or System Engineer in agile project environments with international, distributed teams.
• You possess strong debugging and tool experience, particularly in log file analysis, performance tracing, and network analysis, enabling you to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
• You impress with your solid expertise in collaborating with different departments, customers, suppliers, and technical partners and you have successfully managed complex communication processes in the past.
• You demonstrate knowledge of the medical domain and medical standards such as DICOM or HL7.
• Ideally, you already have experience within the Siemens Healthineers environment and are familiar with the relevant regulatory frameworks.
• You demonstrate a strong affinity for digital technologies, especially AI-supported tools and workflows., * You are comfortable working in an international environment and have fluent English skills; German skills are an advantage.
• You communicate technical content clearly and appropriately for the audience, align effectively with stakeholders at various levels, and support technical solutions through structured, transparent communication.
• You plan and prioritize tasks strategically and develop solutions that are effective both in the short term and sustainable in the long term.
• You identify needs for action at an early stage, contribute your own ideas, and take responsibility for improving processes and solutions.
• Even in complex or time-critical situations, you make well-reasoned decisions and stand by them.
• You represent positions objectively and assertively, mediate conflicts constructively, and implement necessary measures with focus and clarity.
• You quickly grasp complex technical contexts, analyze root causes precisely, and derive reliable solution approaches.
• You collaborate constructively with colleagues across different areas, share knowledge actively, and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
