Experteer Overview In this role you help drive strategic and regulatory change across Hiscox Europe as the lead for Product Ownership. You will shape standards, career paths, and quality benchmarks while partnering with senior stakeholders to prioritise and deliver outcomes through Value Streams. You’ll balance multiple streams, ensure alignment with European strategy, and foster agile practices across teams. This position offers impact at scale through cross-country collaboration and a cohesive change portfolio. Pay / Benefits * Lead the Product Owner function across Hiscox Europe ensuring quality and value delivery * Define and embed Product Ownership standards, ways of working, and quality benchmarks with the Agile Coach * Create and manage a Product Owner career framework with progression criteria * Line manage and develop Product Owners, with clear objectives and accountability * Balance priorities across multiple Value Streams and ensure alignment with European strategy * Translate initiative requirements into Value Stream backlogs * Shape objectives and priorities with Value Stream sponsors and senior stakeholders * Escalate prioritisation conflicts and make value-based trade-offs * Oversee roadmaps and delivery plans to maximise value and manage dependencies * Coordinate dependencies across Value Streams and initiatives * Act as Change Business Partner to one or more Countries/Functions to shape sequencing of change * Collaborate with Change team leaders to maintain a cohesive European change pipeline * Build trusted relationships with Country and Functional leadership for insights and decision support * Represent Product Ownership in governance and senior decision forums * Promote a value-driven, customer-centric, outcome-oriented mindset across Value Streams * Drive agile maturity, delivery effectiveness, and ways of working * Ensure alignment with Hiscox Europe change frameworks and operating model Tasks * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering or similar * Proven Product Owner or equivalent experience in agile delivery environments * Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies * Experience in Value Stream based or product-centric operating models * Ability to translate business needs into actionable backlog items * Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and Tech delivery teams * Strong prioritisation and decision-making capabilities * Fluent in English, written and spoken Key requirements *
