Workday Adaptive Planning Developer

• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR Technology projects* A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience configuring and managing Adaptive Planning workforce planning modules within the Workday platform Technical Skills:* Strong knowledge of des, Sheets, dashboards, reporting, Administration, and Integrations* Proficiency in HR processes and practices, particularly in Strategic Workforce Planning areas like Headcount & Cost Planning and Resource & Capacity Planning* Experience managing integrations with systems such as Workday Prism Analytics, Tableau, and Core HCM* Familiarity with Technology Development Life Cycle (TDLC) and Agile product delivery frameworks Preferred Qualifications* Experience using the Rally Agile toolAbility to create Test Scenarios and Cases
