Job description

Duties: Design, develop, configure, and deploy key talent solutions leveraging Workday modules. Serve as an in-house subject matter expert on Workday Talent related functional areas. Identify and implement technical solutions based on fit/gap analysis and configuration workbooks. Plan, develop, and execute unit testing scenarios to confirm all requirements are fully implemented. Drive the planning, development, testing, and implementation of enhancements and changes within the Workday Human Capital Management system. Map existing Workday configurations against available functionalities and develop new functional capabilities to unlock Workday platform capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements using Workday configuration workbook. Review Workday releases twice a year to determine any required changes to the Workday system or regression testing needs. Stay informed of Workday’s future technology roadmap and provide recommendations

for adoption of new features and functionality. Review and assess business needs to deliver the best user experience and adoption. Leverage knowledge of various touchpoints within the Workday platform as well as upstream and downstream systems. 100% telecommuting permitted; candidate may reside anywhere in the US.

REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience as a Computer Systems Engineer/Architect or related occupation. Related degree and/or experience/skills are required.

Benefits & conditions

Wage Range: $159,135 - $183,080 / year.

BMS operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance. Some employees may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
