Job description

We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer to design and implement scalable test automation solutions for complex software applications. The role focuses on building robust automated testing strategies, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring software quality through functional, integration, stress, and performance testing.

Tasks

Design, develop, and maintain automated test strategies across unit, integration, system, UI, stress, and performance testing.
Build and optimize test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and scalable test execution.
Execute stress and performance tests, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with development teams to improve software quality.
Work closely with developers, architects, and product management to promote shift-left testing and quality-first engineering practices.
Leverage AI-powered coding tools to automate test creation, maintenance, and optimization.

Requirements

Extensive experience in test automation, including multi-layered testing frameworks, stress testing, and performance testing.

Strong programming skills in C#, Java, Python, or TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and modern test automation tools (eg, Ranorex, Playwright, Cypress, GitLab CI).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a quality-first mindset.
Experience with AI-powered automation tools, penetration testing, or regulated environments is considered an advantage.
