Job description

  • Troubleshooting und Fehleranalyse bei Netzwerkproblemen
  • Aufrechterhaltung der bestehenden Soft- und Hardware und Aktualisierung veralteter Software und Hardware
  • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von technischen Lösungen im Bereich Netzwerkinfrastruktur
  • Eigenverantwortlichen Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Störungsmeldungen aus den Fachbereichen
  • Planung der Kosten bei der Neuanschaffung von neuen IT Produkten

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung (z.B. Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration)
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse rund um den Betrieb von WAN-, LAN- und WLAN-Infrastrukturen sowie Routing und Firewall Management
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen TCP/IP, VPN, Layer-2 & Layer-3 Handling und Routing Protokollen
  • Gute bis sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse
