Engineering Change Services Specialist

Experteer Overview In this role you will manage the engineering change control process within a PLM environment, driving CO/ECO activities from initiation through closure. You will support NPI and engineering change orders, coordinate cross-functional review, and maintain trackers and metrics in a fast-paced setting. You will also compile documentation for ISO compliance and support drawing updates and design reviews. This is a hands-on role that connects engineering, design, and manufacturing to ensure timely, accurate changes and clear accountability. Compensation / Benefits * Generate and manage Change Orders (CO) through closure * Support NPI PMs and Engineering Change Order activities * Serve as point of contact for Change Control processes in Engineering * Monitor task priorities for timely change cuts * Process part numbers, BOMs, and COs with proper approvals and accuracy * Track documents from initiation to final approval; report progress * Develop, track, and report key metrics * Produce documentation for ISO revision and release cycles * Update drawings from model changes; support drawing and spec updates * Facilitate Design review meetings and capture decisions/actions * Record meeting minutes and distribute to stakeholders * CAD drawings handling * Maintain Change Order Management processes * Work overtime as needed to support manufacturing * Possess strong understanding of change and configuration management practices * Resolve scheduling conflicts with shifting priorities * Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP), plus Teams, PowerPoint, Word * Experience with iPLM/SAP (preferred) and Teamcenter/NX (preferred) Tasks * Change Order Management proficiency * Strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and MS Office tools * Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment * Experience with change control and configuration management * Overtime flexibility to support manufacturing needs * Preferred: iPLM/SAP, Teamcenter, NX experience * Strong coordination and meeting facilitation abilities * Attention to detail in document control and approvals Key requirements *
